Our opening hours are from 9am to 5pm Monday - Friday (not including Bank Holidays). We are closed on Saturdays and Sundays.
For each product on our site, we display a list of main features. However, due to the complexity or nature of some items, we are not always able to list complete specifications.
Please note, errors do occasionally occur when listing product specifications but we monitor our site closely and any inaccuracies are rectified as soon as they are found.
If required, a full product specification is usually available from the relevant manufacturer.
All the images on the B.B.Adams website are representations of the products on offer; please remember that the actual product we supply may differ slightly in colour or style.
Unless otherwise stated, the majority of products online are currently in stock and available to purchase. In the unlikely event that you place an order for an item that is out of stock, we will notify you by email you and advise you of the expected delivery date.
If you decide not to continue with the order, any payment you have made will be re-credited to your account within 30 days of your order. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Payment methods and security
Payment can be made by Visa, Master Card, Delta or Maestro via our secure payment provider, Sagepay.
We take every precaution to protect your information both online and offline.
Your credit card details are verified by Sagepay secure gateway, which means that we do not have access to your credit card details at any point during the payment process.
All our prices are shown in £ sterling and include VAT at the current rate. Prices may be changed without notice.
B.B.Adams price promise
If you find the product you purchased from us in stock at another electrical retailer for a better price, we’ll do our best to match it.
Please note, this ‘price promise’ is valid for 5 days after purchasing your product and applies to the advertised price only. We’re sorry, but we do not honour price matches for the following: ex-display items, warranty prices, voucher code reductions, closing down or clearance offers, online only companies, membership scheme prices and grey imports.
Our price promise is only available on products bought in store. This offer may be withdrawn at any time without prior notice.
Unless otherwise stated, online discount codes will not be accepted in the store.

Please provide as much detail of your complaint as possible, including product details and dates and times of communication with our company where applicable.
We do our best to respond to complaints within 3 working days. In the unlikely event that your complaint is not resolved within 7 working days, we will also keep you informed of the progress of your complaint.
All our products are supplied with a (1 year minimum) manufacturer’s guarantee that is valid from the date of delivery. These guarantees cover domestic use only and do not cover faults caused by accidental damage, misuse or neglect.
Returns & refunds
You may cancel your order without reason at any time for up to 5 working days from the date you placed the order (starting the day after you received the goods).
Your cancellation request must be received in writing and can be done via email. Simply contact email@example.com.
A full refund (including postage and packing charges), will be made within 30 days of cancellation.
On receipt of your goods from B.B.Adams Direct, please inspect and inform us within 24 working hours if there are any damaged or missing items. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

In the unlikely event that your product develops a fault within 7 days of receipt, please contact us to arrange return and inspection. We will usually exchange or refund the item provided it is still 'as new' and the fault has not been caused by accident, misuse or neglect.
If your product develops a fault after the 7 day period but within the 12 month guarantee, we will arrange to repair and return the item.
For large and/or less portable items, we will arrange for a manufacturer approved engineer to visit you and repair your item free of charge.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
