Delivery FAQs:

What will I be charged for delivery?

The delivery charge is dependent on the size and type of product you order and will be added to your shopping basket at purchase. Additional delivery charges may apply if more than one item is ordered.

Additional charges may also apply for deliveries to Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands and other UK islands.

When will my items be delivered?

Unless otherwise stated, we aim to deliver all stock items to you within 5-10 working days of the date of purchase. We will contact you if there are any unexpected delays to your order.

For larger orders we will contact you to arrange a delivery date for your goods. Please make sure you give us a daytime contact number when you place your order.

Please note that deliveries to Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands and other UK islands may take longer.

If you have ordered an item that is out of stock, we will contact you within 48 hours to let you know the expected delivery date for your purchase.

Who delivers my items?

The majority of orders are delivered by our own dedicated delivery and installation team. However, availability of this service may depend on your geographical location.

All other deliveries are made by our extensive network of home delivery couriers or are delivered directly to you from the manufacturer or ther designated delivery company.

Before you place an order for a large item, please check the dimensions of the area you plan to place your product as well as the ease of access via doors, corridors, stairs and corners etc. This will ensure that the product is the right size for your needs and will enable us to deliver your order quickly and easily.

What if I’m not in at the time of delivery?

If you are not at home when we call, we will leave a card at the delivery address confirming that we tried to deliver your items. You can follow the instructions on this card to rearrange delivery or to collect your products. 

Installation & removal FAQs:

Do you provide an installation service?

Yes! If required, we provide a professional installation service* so that you can concentrate on enjoying your new purchase as soon as possible!

Whether you order a Digital Radio or an entire Home Entertainment System, we can install it for you – taking away the set-up headache and ensuring you get the most out of your purchase.

Can you take away my unwanted electrical goods?

In some cases, we may be able to remove and recycle your old electricals* when we deliver a new item.

If you have requested removal of an old item, please ensure that it is fully disconnected when we come to take it away.
